How VINs, seats, trials, and plan changes work, before you pick.
One VIN equals one vehicle graded during your monthly cycle. Re-grading the same VIN within that cycle doesn’t count again; you’re only charged the first time a vehicle is analyzed.
No. Your VIN allowance resets at the start of each monthly cycle. If you consistently finish well under your limit, the in-app recommender will nudge you toward a smaller plan.
Grading pauses for the rest of the cycle and we’ll prompt you to upgrade. You can move up a plan instantly and pick right back up, with no lost reports or re-work.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and changes take effect on your next billing date. Scout and Buyer can be cancelled anytime, no contract.
